I like small resturants, you know the one's that make you fell cozy. They either have to be small and cozy or big with a lot of people. this place is nice and small. I went to Rincon Habenero with my friend who is Cuban. We were just walking by and it looked good. And it was. It was another one of those afternoon down pours and we were sitting outside. Uh oh, rain started dripping on to my buddy's grub. We were sitting outside on the little patio. Minor inconvience- we just shifted our table. I orderd the frijoles negros, arroz blanco, and masas se certo. If someone can tell me the difference between food from Cuba and Panama let me know because they look and taste very similar.
