Would I go back again? I'll give it another shot. Sure. Actually, no. (Location: El Cangrejo) FOOD: xxx SERVICE: xx AMBIENCE:xxx PRICE:$$ OVERALL:xxx

I walk by this place everyday on my way to and from work and I realized that to be fair, I ought to give it a shot. From the street, it looks like a hair salon with curvy chairs and artsy images on the walls, but a closer look will show you that its not a beauty parlor nor a art gallery...it's a vegetarian restaurant. The kitchen is open to the dining room and the employees of the restaurant were super friendly. The food itself was a nice change from my normal meal regimen: the watercress and pineapple salad was delightful yet portioned for an infant and my pasta with pesto and almonds was al'dente times 3, meaning that I could almost still taste the inner tube of raw flour. Not to give this place a bad name though...it was really a decent meal with some creative new culinary ideas I had never seen before. I'd give it a second shot.

Chow down on some more Panama Food
