Part of the reason I gave this restaurant such a bad review was because it has so much potential that it doesn't live up to. Kick-ass location--looking out over the city line, idle pre-canal ships, and near a cute little beach area. The dining experience however didn't match up. The ceviche was just OK, and my entree of corvina in garlic was really boring. It came with this stupid mix of steamed vegetables--the kind that you get at the buffet at a large reception. My waiter was obviously new and forgot to take my menu as well as spilling some sauce on my khakis. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Unless they like overpriced monotonous meals.
