Visited May 2007, Just opened.
Would I return? Absolutely.

LOCATION:  Calle 47 and Uruguay, Bella Vista, one block in on the main restaurant row entrance road from avenida Balboa, take your first left and there it is.
FOOD: excellent and different, lots of imported meats.
SERVICE: unique for Panama (means much better than average)
AMBIENCE: cool, up scale,
PRICE: not for the faint of heart.
OVERALL:  4 stars. A fun evening, Try sitting at the bar, then  to a table  to order tapas, then choose your dinner table in the dining section. If you like La Posta you'll like this one too. Same owner.

I just hit this place up, actually by accident, as the place I wanted to go was overbooked. WOW! What a surprise! This place is spectacular! I love the champagne bottles dangling down the walls, the handwritten chalkboard menu, and yes, even the food. The staff was attentive, and the ambiance was not like anything I've seen in Panama City. I felt like I could have been in NYC or LA or Europe, not only because the decor was so intricate, but because the guy next to me was wearing the tightest jeans and a mohawk. How neat!
