Bufallos Would I go back again? Yes. (Location: Causeway) FOOD: xxxx SERVICE: xxxx AMBIENCE: xxxx PRICE:$$ OVERALL:xxxx

Finally, we've get a four-star ranking! From the outside, this place appears to be the same touristy, over-priced, plastic restaurant that the Causeway (in my book) is notorious for. But, I am pleased to say that the dining experience was actually really good. I had a terrificly fresh ceviche and a salad (as I am on a diet for the big race). I also had this really tasty chicha (juice) made of fresh cantaloupe and ice which tasted like a jewel in my mouth. The servers were super friendly and one of them had this hilarious little thing he kept doing, adjusting items on our table. He was a little rascal.

I really liked the atmosphere and didn't find it to be imposing or overdone like some of its neighbors. It's located in the last stretch of the causeway behind the yacht club and I'd definitely go back. The steaks looks great as did the nachos and fish dishes. Give it a shot.
