Panama is currently considered a "low risk investment" worldwide. In any case I personally believe that the term "low" represents the fact that there is indeed 'some' risk involved in the process. You might be asking yourself, what type of risk? Well, the only risk besides natural disasters or corruption is what I experienced first hand: squatters on a forgotten property.

If you read any publishing media, you will receive a lot of information about new projects or developments just beginning in Panama; skyscrapers, luxury condominiums, new hotels, businesses centers, etc. How does a tiny country like Panama to attract this kind of big investment? Who is the target market for these projects?
