Location: The Amador causeway Would I go back again? Ya. ATTITUDE:xxx MOOD: xxx SERVICE:xxx BEEROMETER:$$ OVERALL:xxx

I like P'ahya for two reasons. 1. There is no smoking inside, so I don't have to bust out my rewetting drops for my contacts every 5 minutes and 2. You can sit outside. It's not that big inside but its dark and has a big bar for easy access. It plays a variety of music and is well located on The Causeway near other bars and has lots of parking.

You can buy a bottle of liquor accompanied by mixers for about $25 which is a steal. The crowd that goes here is not quite as "cool" as that at Next and not quite as young as that at Buzz. Nonetheless, you can't beat the causeway's ambience and just outside the club is a killer view of the bay and city skyline.

The last building out at the causeway has more options--better, in our opinion for bar-hopping. But that's just a short walk away. Plus, saying the name "P'ahya" in a loud and attacking fashion is fun.
