The outdoor patio here is a nice place to sit back and watch Panama pass you by. Although they do serve food here, the focus seems to be the relaxed atmosphere, reasonably priced drinks, and great people. The staff is friendly and always looking for a chance to practice their English. If you're looking for a relaxed place to shoot the breeze, think hip. Hip-hop. Hippos-anonymous.
