Moods is a bumpin' bar on a bumpin' street. My first time there was about an hour after I first arrived in Panama and had been traveling all day, and I had a fabulous time. Wednesdays are the best because there is no cover and its crowded, but not to crowded. You get a mix of all races as well as music from Reggaetone to Salsa.
Thursdays girls get free shots and sometimes they have live cover bands that are to take note of. It tends to be the most crowded on Wednesdays through Friday and clears out on Saturdays. They have a VIP area and an upstairs where people watching is at its best.
