Happy's. Not so happy. The place was exburently decorated with murals galore but the prices were unjustified. If you are going to charge me $4.50 for a Tom Collins then I expect you to have a minimum attendance of at least 20 people. And have your Happy VIP section kiss my ass. They also were ridiculously pushing the alcohol 42 below, which is below par. The waitress and bartender were all about us and they introduced themselves to us right when we arrived. There was also a pool table that was occupied by two hookers and a stud muffin.

Happy has good location and looks happy from the outside. But after sitting in the back, taking a good three glances at the sad boy mural, you might be considering Paxel.
