If you're looking for a collegy bar with karaoke, dirt-cheap drinks, and a “no-hanging-from-the-rafters” policy then Foxy is your place. This is one of those places that doesn't get crankin' ‘til around 1 am so plan your night accordingly. The last time I was there must have been zanies night because the oddballs were out in forces. There was an overconfident gringo singing Jazz on stage, a colossal Panamanian woman gyrating gratuitously, and a 70 year-old bartender with a pimpcane who got exceedingly excited after each quarter in his tip jar.
