One of the weirdest food establishments I have ever been in. When you walk in, you question whether you're in a ceviche place or a pawn shop. There are bars at the ordering counter, no lights from what I could see, and only an ice cream style reach-in fridge. I went with someone who frequents the place and apparently you have to announce your entrance or else you wont get service. Simply shout “Ceviche” and whistle a few times. That's what worked for us. A young asian lady will come out and ask you what kind of ceviche you want...corvina, octopus, or shrimp. Once you've chosen, she'll ask you what size. I went with the small which was more than enough. You'll get your serving, through an opening in the jail bars. It will be in a little plastic cup and will be accompanied by a small ice cream tasting spoon. This place is bizarre. The ceviche was good. Had some nice chili in it and lots of finely diced onions. For me, this place is a little out of the way, but the experience is worth its weight in gold--which you might be able to trade in for ceviche.
