This hotel really cares about customer satisfaction. I have stayed in
hotels in Panama City that were over $200/night and they can't beat the
service and quality of the rooms and the price. The hotel is
beautifully decorated and they provide you with a bellboy to take your
luggage to your room and load it in your car when you are leaving. It was raining when I arrived and the bellboy got am umbrella for me and parked my car so I wouldn\'t get wet. When I arrived at the room, there was a bottle of water waiting for me. There was shampoo, soap , etc. and nice thick towels. The glasses were sparkling clean and also the toilet with paper covering it to show it had been cleaned. The shower and bathroom are impecabibly clean. Paper was provided to write on and the wirless actually worked with a strong signal. The swimming pool area is beautiful - a water fall, play area for children and tables where you can eat outside. There is a restaurant on site and even a souvenir shop. I am a pensionado, which means I pay 50% less Mon - Thursdays. I got all this for $27.00. It is a MUST to stay here............there is no chance of being disappointed!!
