El Valle de Anton: Brushettas

Brushetta's is on the main road in the quaint little town of El Valle de Anton. You can enjoy your meal while looking out unto the lush mountains surronding the valley and the community members riding around on bikes. The plates are pretty good in size and they offer a number of different salads, lots of different sandwiches, and a bunch of traditional Panamanian dishes. The owner speaks English. But don't go there expecting to eat bruschetta, 'cause they don't got it.

Actually, they do have bruschettas

They have a number of good bruschettas on the menu for only a couple of bucks. And don't forget to try the home made lemon pie, as well, made by Mario's wife. It's delicious. The pizza parlor next door, Pinocchio's, is owned by the same family and is also quite good. - Wael
