Hello All, I just came back from Panama, Chiriqui, Panama. I lived with my
Girlfriend in Chiriqui, it is about 10 miles from David, Panama. David, Panama is about a 45 minute drive from the Costa Rican border.
When you go into Panama now, you are given a Visa for 90 days, no questions asked. I arrived with about 100 other people and the Panama nationals go to one line and the Turists go to another line. it didn't take that long to get done with the process. if you have any questions, feel free to write to me. - Larry Rowe

Hey Matt, I just read that the Immigration laws in panama have changed……Is this true?… I understand that now you can only stay in country for 30 days without having to renew your visa…I read that they are rounding up expats from all over and putting them outta the country… is this right?…. Can you give me the straight poop on this?…Also, how much cash do I really need to bring with me if I wanna hang around for a couple of months…. Thanks
