What first brought you to Panama and what were some of the deciding factors?:

Panama is my home, my love and my soul. After living in miami most of my life I finally decided to come back home and live the life!

How long have you been living in Panama and how long do you see yourself here in the future?:

I have always lived on and off in Panama but now i have been back for 2 years and I see myself here for good! Definetly spending more time in the interior and/or the beaches.

What are the positive aspects of life in Panama?:

Panama is a friendly place where people live life to its fullest without putting so much emphasis on their careers or making money, but make their priority having fun and spending quality time with friends and family.

What are the negative aspects of life in Panama?:

The traffic and disrespect for littering.

What one aspect of your life in Panama makes it all worthwhile?:

Being so close to so much beautiful nature and it being accessible.

Was it difficult to become "legal" or achieve residency for you in Panama?:

To enjoy life at its fullest and continue to grow in my real estate career here in Panama.

Twist - nice food, great service, great prices.

Talk about where you live: location, type, neighbors, costs, amenities, conveniences?:

Punta Pacifica, nice neighborhood, electric is a bit steep but its close to shopping, restaurants, great view.

How are you received by the locals in Panama?:
|
Great they love foreigners and respect them more than they do panamanians.

Do you ever miss home and if so, how do you best cope with it?:
|
I miss the states a bit, the organization and structure, but not the parking tickets, and authority! I cope with it by going back once in a while.

Do you have any tips for people thinking about moving to Panama?:
|
Have Patience and everything will fall into place.
